From owning your first home to developing or selling property, private property rights play a role in creating wealth and feeding our economic health.
As we discussed last month, special interests are circulating petitions that aim to curtail business and energy development in Colorado. As such, we’re taking a closer look at some of the measures in-depth. The first is Initiative #40, also called the Community Rights Amendment.
